Restricts netherite tool and armor crafting to balance gameplay. All netherite armor pieces (helmet, leggings, boots) and tools (***, pickaxe, shovel, ***) are made uncraftable. Only the netherite sword and netherite chestplate remain craftable, with a hard limit of one each per entire server lifetime. Uses persistent global variables to track whether the single craft has been used. Prevents crafting via the crafting table event with clear player feedback messages.
