Adds a powerful craftable weapon called the Orbital Cannon. Right-clicking zooms toward the targeted block using a scope effect with Night Vision and movement restriction. Left-clicking fires a particle beam that travels to the first block or entity it hits and creates a massive 16x16x1000 block cylindrical hole at the impact point. All entities within * blocks of impact take 16 damage (* hearts). Fully craftable in survival with a custom shaped recipe.
