A Paper plugin using Citizens to create interactive NPCs with custom Mojang skins. Each NPC has an open/closed state and a designated target player. When open, right-clicking the NPC teleports the interactor to the target player. Includes admin commands for NPC creation, skin management, target assignment, and state toggling.
