NgoBaoEvent protects a WorldEdit-defined Paper event region by preventing players from holding blocks, tridents, elytras, potion variants, and wind charges. It announces entry to the area, blocks prohibited equipment actions including elytra cursor placement, and notifies players when restricted items are used. Commands are limited to a configurable ********* that defaults to /spawn, while administrators can save a WorldEdit selection as the protected region.
