A NeoForge teleportation mod adding TPA request/accept/decline commands with ID-based tracking, a moderator call command that sends a clickable teleport button to the specified moderator, and a home system with up to 2 slots per player. Includes /tpa, /accept, /acceptall, /declineall, /tpacancel, /mod, /home, /tphome, and /sethome commands.
