A plugin that ties each player's personal world border to their ** level. Every level gained expands the player's border by * block. Players get a 10-second window on first join to pick their border center. Border size never shrinks when ** is lost — it only expands when the player reaches a new level record. Includes admin commands to reset or inspect player borders.
