Features configurable speed multipliers for hopper item transfers and mob AI updates, per-world settings, and real-time toggle commands. Hopper acceleration speeds up item movement between containers, while mob acceleration increases their movement speed and AI responsiveness. Includes permission-based access control and live reload functionality without server restart.
