A plugin that lets privileged players assign a "dog" relationship between two players. The assigned dog player follows their owner automatically; if they stray too far, they get teleported back. The owner can toggle teleportation on/off with a command, and staff with permissions can start or end the leash at any time. Includes configurable follow distance, teleport distance, and check interval.
