A persistent bounty plugin for Paper *.21+ servers. Tracks each player's bounty value across restarts. On ****, the ****** earns 7.5% of the victim's bounty while the victim loses 5%. Bounties are displayed as green ฿-formatted values in nametags, the TAB list, and chat. Includes admin commands to set, add, remove, reset, check, and list top bounties, with server-wide broadcast messages on every claim.
