Adds two rideable custom vehicles: a Hovercraft (ground) and a Hot Air Balloon (air). Players craft or obtain them via command, then right-click to deploy. The hovercraft uses standard horse WASD controls with configurable speed; the balloon uses pitch-look to ascend or descend with auto-drift. Both feature particle trails and ambient sounds. Custom durability tracked via item PDC, broken on depletion. Full permission and ****** support for speed, durability, and recipes.
