A teleportation plugin with public and private warp points. Players use /*** to browse public teleport locations in a paginated GUI, /gitozel to manage personal private points, and /gitozeladmin lets admins manage any player's private points. Features countdown teleports with particles/sounds, cooldowns, per-player point limits, and an admin-only in-GUI delete option (Shift+Right-click) for removing public teleport points directly from the browse menu.
