A Minecraft Spigot plugin that restricts chat access, blanks the tab player list, and adds a lightning summon command with cooldown. Players cannot send chat messages and receive a denial message. The tab list is cleared with empty headers and player names. The /lightningsummon command strikes lightning at the player's location with a configurable cooldown.
