A custom enchantments plugin adding 7 unique effects: Lightning Strike, Explosive, Ice Aspect, Vampire, Telepathy, Saturation, and Farmer's Fortune. Each enchant has configurable levels, applies to specific item types, and stores data via PersistentDataContainer. Includes admin commands for applying/removing enchants, lore display with Roman numerals, and XSeries for cross-version compatibility.
