A Paper *.21.11 PvP rebalance plugin that balances Warrior, Carter, and future Macer playstyles through configurable class selection, persistent player choices, class-specific protections, and upgraded potion behavior. It provides a first-join class GUI, administrative class management, combat restrictions, Carter blast resistance, Warrior strength-splash upgrades, fishing-rod rooting against wind charges, and an unbreakable Elytra stamina system with regeneration, cooldowns, and action-bar feedback. All balance values live in ******.yml.
