A world border shrinking plugin that gradually decreases the border size from a starting point to a minimum size with multi-world support and customizable behavior. Features center locking on player position or world spawn, step-by-step shrinking with configurable intervals, boss bar progress display, broadcast notifications, and full Multiverse/Arclight compatibility using only Bukkit APIs.
