A Naruto anime-based *** plugin where players receive random character powers on first join. Features five unique characters (Naruto, Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Minato) each with custom ability items and special powers. Includes cooldown management, inventory GUI for character selection, action bar cooldown display, sound effects, and persistent data storage. Players can activate abilities by right-clicking their character item.
