PowerSMP is a Paper *.21 survival PvP plugin centered on collectible powers, percentage-based progression, power loss on death, player-to-player power theft, fragments, lootboxes, revival items, and configurable crafting. It also provides a persistent SQLite-backed economy, homes, teleport requests, starter kits, selling, power menus, fragment shops, transaction records, combat protection, and administrator commands for managing players, powers, and server progression.
