Restricts players from crafting Netherite armor (all 4 pieces) and Netherite sword/spear via smithing table. If restricted items are somehow obtained, players cannot move them in their inventory or drop them. All restricted items are fully configurable via ******.yml. Supports easy toggling of individual item restrictions.
