A simple chat locking plugin that allows administrators to lock and unlock the global chat. Features include /lockchat on/off commands with permission checks, broadcast messages when chat is locked or unlocked, configurable prefix and messages, and automatic blocking of player messages while chat is locked. Admins with bypass permission can still chat when locked.
