A custom helmet plugin featuring powerful abilities including teleportation, invisibility, lightning strikes, telekinesis, sonic **** attacks, and orbital strikes. Players wearing the Blood Helmet gain permanent Strength IV and water abilities, while blood and fire particles rotate around them. Each ability has a 5-second cooldown. Includes admin commands to give the helmet to players.
