A Velocity proxy plugin that simulates high ping for all players by artificially delaying network packets. Configurable delay amount (default 1000ms) affects all connections across all backend servers. Useful for testing lag scenarios or creating unique gameplay experiences. Uses Netty channel injection to intercept and delay packet transmission.
