A dimension-aware block deletion plugin that periodically removes random block types from the world. Monitors player locations across dimensions (overworld, nether, end) and selects block types from active dimensions for permanent removal. Deleted blocks are removed from both loaded and unloaded chunks, persisting across server restarts. Features configurable intervals, block ignore lists, and simple admin controls for starting and stopping the roulette.
