A Spigot plugin that adds a craftable Orbital Strike Cannon allowing players to devastate targeted locations from above. Features three strike types (explosive, fire, poison) with unique effects, a custom ammo system requiring crafted shells, an inventory GUI for targeting and launching, tiered upgrade modules for range/damage/efficiency, per-player cooldowns, and full admin commands. Fully configurable with permissions for multiplayer use.
