A Fabric *.21.11 mod adding a full restraint and security system. Handcuffs bind players and can tie them to a chair; a sack blindfolds the victim. Keypads on doors and chests require a passcode, triggering an alarm after 5 wrong entries (chests only). Items include a taser, lockpick, handcuff key, straight jacket (blocks mining/placing/crafting/attacking), and duct tape (silences chat). All restraints are server-authoritative with persistent state tracking per player UUID.
