An RPG artifact plugin adding * unique special items (Paper-based, PersistentDataContainer identified) with passive and spark abilities. Features a casino-***** private roll animation, chest GUI browser, give command, cooldown system, death drops, and shift-controls (Shift+* passive check, Shift+RClick spark activation). Each artifact has permanent or conditional passives and a cooldown-gated spark ability. Optimized for Paper servers with clean modular architecture.
