A complete player warp management system allowing players to create, manage, and teleport to public warp points. Features include warp creation/deletion with location persistence, category organization browsable via a paginated GUI, teleport cooldowns with move/damage cancellation, permission-based warp limits, tab completion, configurable messages with sound effects, and full YAML data storage. Includes admin commands for warp moderation.
