A Discord ticket management bot that allows server members to create support tickets via an interactive panel with dropdown selection. Features include multiple ticket types (Support, Purchase, Report), staff claiming, add/remove members, ticket closure with confirmation, transcript saving, and persistent ticket data across bot restarts. Uses discord.py 2.x with slash commands and button components.
