A utility plugin for operators to manage player positioning and movement. The /arrange command places all non-op players in a structured grid within a 30x30 area (*-block *** between each player) anchored at the sender's location. The /freeze and /unfreeze commands lock or release all non-op players in place. Operators are always exempt from arrangement and freezing. Supports up to 225 players in the grid.
