Adds a World Nexus item that destructively alters the terrain when held, and restores it when dropped. While held in the main hand, 5 random blocks within a 15-block radius are destroyed every second with wither sounds and portal particles, ignoring bedrock and air. Dropping the item on the ground halts destruction and restores 5 blocks per second from the stored backup, with witch spell particles around the item entity.
