Provides admin mute/unmute controls, per-player voice toggle, isolated staff broadcast channel, proximity group creation and management, voice status inspection, and PlaceholderAPI support. Includes a /vcsetup health-check command and a clean ****** for all messages, staff group settings, and feature toggles. Requires the Simple Voice Chat mod/plugin on the server.
