Blocks all chat and commands for non-OP players, sets ******** gamerules on startup (no natural regen, no PVP, no death messages, no command feedback), bans players on death with a dramatic end-portal sound, and completely disables armor — any player wearing armor receives permanent Wither III with no particles until they remove it.
