A Paper/Spigot plugin adding a custom Firework Crossbow item that launches players skyward when sneaking and shooting downward. Features a configurable launch height (default 14 blocks), 45-second cooldown with action bar or chat display, firework sound and particle effects, and a PDC-tagged custom item obtainable only via operator command. All settings including height, cooldown, messages, and effects are editable in ******.yml.
