A Paper/Spigot plugin that adds talisman items granting continuous potion effects when held in the offhand. Features include configurable effects per talisman, automatic effect application/removal, NBT-based item identification, action bar notifications, optional cooldowns, and world restrictions. Includes commands for giving talismans and reloading configuration. Efficiently detects offhand changes without laggy repeating tasks.
