A Minecraft plugin that fires blue wither skulls high into the sky, which then rapidly fall back down to the target location. Right-click a cannon block to aim, and the skull launches upward before plummeting fast to the ground. Features configurable launch height, fall speed, cooldown, and cannon block type. Includes permission-based access and visual/sound effects on impact.
