PsychoSMP is a configurable Paper *** abilities plugin where each player permanently owns one unique ability with passive effects, a primary skill, and an upgradeable ultimate. It provides configurable cooldowns, damage, particles, sounds, messages, permissions, persistent player data, inventory menus, animated effects, boss bars, and administrator tools for assigning, removing, and upgrading abilities.
