Adds a custom red-and-purple Reaper's Scythe weapon. When a player strikes an entity with the scythe, the target is yanked toward the wielder with a burst of particles and sound. Includes a command to obtain the scythe, persistent data tagging so only the real item triggers the effect, and configurable pull strength and cooldown via ******.yml.
