A Minecraft plugin that adds a custom Golden *** tool called "Random Builder Tool". Players can craft it using gold ingots, a diamond, and sticks with the required permission. Right-clicking with the tool randomly selects a placeable block from the player's hotbar and places it at the looked-at location (max 5 blocks). Includes a /randombuilder get command, tab completion, crafting permission checks, and safe item identification via PersistentDataContainer.
