Plugin allowing players to convert images from a BannerManager/banner/ folder into in-game maps displayed as paintings. Features include /** reload to reload images, /** give <name> to receive a map with the image rendered at 128x128 resolution, and /** link <url> to attach clickable URLs to banners that prompt to open when right-clicked once placed.
