A standalone Skript plugin that mimics Minecraft *.21's locator bar using action bars. Shows nearby player locations with directional arrows, distance, and rank-colored names. Updates every 2 ticks and includes a toggle command. No boss bar engine required - uses SkBee action bar API for lightweight, reliable performance.
