A command permission controller that integrates with LuckPerms to manage command access based on worlds, plugins, and dynamic permission nodes. Features world restrictions, plugin whitelisting, automatic permission node generation, and bypass permissions. All commands are converted to flyhighsmp.perm.<command> format for granular control.
