A countdown management system for Hunger Games events featuring an interactive GUI control panel. Players with permissions can create, remove, and modify countdowns displayed via boss bars. The system includes time parsing (seconds/minutes/hours), persistent countdown state, automatic boss bar updates, and three modes: active countdown (green), delay mode (red), and starting soon (yellow). All players see the boss bar regardless of join/leave status.
