Adds a Diamond Carrot item crafted with a carrot surrounded by * diamond blocks. When eaten, it grants 10 extra hearts (20 HP) via a long-duration status effect and fully restores health. When used on a tamed horse, it permanently grants the horse the ability to fly — holding jump while riding propels the horse upward, giving it a gliding descent when released. Flying state persists through server restarts via NBT.
