A Towny addon plugin that provides a daily town strategy buff system. Town members (or mayor-only, configurable) can open a GUI once per day to activate ****** (Strength) or Defense (Resistance) buffs for all online town members. Uses lazy date-based reset, async file */O for data persistence, and a custom InventoryHolder-based GUI to avoid title-string fragility. Supports admin commands for reload and per-town reset.
