Adds a painting system to Minecraft. Right-click the Paint Brush to open a pixel art editor inspired by MS Paint. Features a 15x15 canvas, 16-color palette, eraser, fill tool, and save/load system. Paintings are saved per-player and can be reopened for editing. Includes /paint command to get the brush and manage artworks.
