A comprehensive custom items system allowing creation of items with special abilities, custom attributes, and action activators. Features include configurable activators (******, interact, consume, block break), action types (lightning, particles, sounds, potions, commands), per-item cooldowns, XSeries material support, and PlaceholderAPI integration. Items are defined via YAML configuration with support for lore, enchantments, attributes, and complex ability chains.
