Hooks into vanilla spectral arrows to display a white glowing nametag above any player or mob that gets hit. The nametag tracks the entity in real time and disappears the moment the vanilla Glowing potion effect expires — perfectly mirroring spectral arrow duration. Nametag format is configurable via ******.yml, supporting color codes and a {name} placeholder. Invisible ArmorStands with no hitbox are used as the display vehicle.
