Features 3 procedurally generated levels (The Lobby, The Warehouse, The Hospital), VHS-***** visual overlays with scanlines and color aberration, custom monsters (Bacteria, Smiler, Mimic, Partygoer, Hound, Skinsteals), a Simple Voice Chat mimic entity that records and replays player voices before possessing them, jumpscares on death, flickering lights, a noclip entry system, and an exit door in the hospital that continues the escape sequence.
