A Turkish-language PaperMC *.21.4 teleport plugin. Players create public (/*** ekle) and private (/gitozel ekle, up to 10) teleport points stored in YAML. Paginated 54-slot GUIs list teleports with left-click to teleport and right-click for info, plus wool-based delete confirmation. Teleports have configurable delay with countdown, cancel-on-move, cooldown, sounds and particles. Admins manage any player's private teleports via /gitozeladmin. Fully configurable messages, GUI titles, sounds and permissions (***.use, ***.public, ***.private, ***.admin).
