An AutoMine system that automatically breaks blocks for players based on their pickaxe efficiency level. Features include a toggleable GUI menu, configurable mining speeds affected by Efficiency enchantment levels, permission-based rank multipliers (use/vip/elite), particle effects, and sound cues when blocks are auto-mined. Supports all vanilla blocks with proper drops and enchantment handling.
