A Paper plugin that lets admins create interactive items bound to commands. Items are defined with a name and Minecraft material, stored persistently in items.yml. Each item supports multiple commands executed on right-click, run either by the console or the player. Includes %playername% placeholder support for console commands, full tab completion, duplicate name protection, and material validation.
